Alpha eleostearic acid is a fatty acid present in bitter melon seed butter. It's a potent anti-cancer agent. This chocolate is a fusion of cocoa mass, cocoa butter, ginger and bitter melon butter. This is a patented formula (Patent No: 19919) at National Intellectual property Office of Sri Lanka.

Flavanol - rich chocholate reduces blood pressure and help lower the risk of cardiovascular disease. Consumption of cocoa or chocolate
has been shown to inhibit LDL. The cocoa compounds have immune enhancing effects.
